Club Penguin Fall Fair Bumper Cars Sneak Peek

While looking at Club Penguins youtube videos i saw they had 
a Sneak Peek of the fall fair! It shows the new bumper cars for the fall fair! 
It has Club penguin Mods in the Club Penguin Test Server as of.. Billybob, Happy77 
and more that we have not seen before like Ninja and Tour Guide.. Scary
