I was looking at my items and i found 2 clown hairs in the head items. Both the same. If you remember the Fall Fair Party you would have known there was a clown hair prize. And in the catalog there is a clown hair item. Well. I got the item, Thinking it would say i have already got it. but it didn't. Heres a pic of the 2 clown hairs.

This has been here for a while. and Club Penguin have not
fixed this or noticed this. Club Penguin are getting allot of
glitch's now. Comment if YOU think Club Penguin are
getting more glitch's
