Club Penguin Stamps Gone For Good?

Hello Penguins!
Today i went on Club Penguin on Sleet and everybody were shouting Give Back Stamps!!
I looked at my player card and i had no stamps :O
Heres a pic.




What do you think? Is it a update? Is it a glitch? They made a mistake? 
Or they cant be bothered with stamps anymore
